Equity, Inclusion, and Empowerment Committee

The Equity, Inclusion, and Empowerment Committee is a subcommittee of the Inavale Community Partners (Muddy Creek Charter School) Board established to gather information, make recommendations, and inform the Board and MCCS stakeholders on issues related to

Equity –  giving all students and staff a fair opportunity for success by meeting individual needs.

Inclusion –  systemic reform embodying changes to content, structures, and strategies so that everyone feels welcome, valued, respected, and supported.

Empowerment – creating a culture where individuals from marginalized groups and those from groups with greater power gain a positive identity, appreciation for human diversity, and an education and professional growth that opens doors to new opportunities.
