About MCCS
Muddy Creek is a charter school serving the rural communities south of Corvallis, and is operated by Inavale Community Partners, Inc. It is a public school within the Corvallis School District. As such, Muddy Creek Charter School will admit students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to and grant to them all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.

Land Acknowledgement
Following the Willamette Valley Treaty of 1855 the Kalapuya people were forcibly removed to reservations. Today, living descendants of these people are a part of the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde) and the Confederated Tribes of the Siletz.
Let it be acknowledged that Muddy creek charter school is located within the traditional homelands of the Mary’s River or Ampinefu Band of the Kalapuya tribe who have cared for this place throughout generations. Let’s give thanks for the opportunity to grow, learn, work, and create community on this land and respectfully acknowledge and honor all Indigenous communities throughout time and into the future.
